Before Purchase
Before placing your order with Majestic Tiles, we recommend either visiting us at our tile shop in Glasgow or by contacting us by WhatsApp to check current stock level and availability.
We highly recommend viewing your tile choice in person before placing an order. Images on our website can vary slightly from the actual tile due to lighting and screen settings.
Please note that each individual tile design will have multiple variants of the same tile design, as shown on this page.
Delivery
How much is my delivery?
Delivery costs depend on your location, and the quantity of tiles ordered.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from leaving the warehouse.
Delivery costs will be shown clearly at checkout.
In some rare cases, delivery charges may be reviewed depending on order size, weight, or exact location.

📦 Scottish Highlands (Pallet Distribution Company) – kerbside delivery or equivalent

Pallets - PRICE ON REQUEST
(Ferry transport will affect the actual cost).

Damages & Returns Policy
Returns
You may return your full order within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- All tiles are unused
- The original packaging has not been opened
- The tiles remain resalable
- Any unused tiles returned after a completed project will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning unopened tiles to our distribution warehouse. All returned tiles will be inspected upon arrival to ensure they are in resalable condition and free from damage.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
This allows us to quickly investigate and resolve the issue on your behalf.
As we use an external pallet delivery company, all damage claims must be reported within this 24-hour window so we can raise the issue with the courier.
Important Notes
Claims reported outside of the 24-hour period may not be accepted.
We strongly recommend checking your delivery upon arrival before signing for it.
As a company, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make things right.
Please Note
We may offer end-of-run or clearance tiles at discounted prices. These items are sold on a non-returnable basis. This will be clearly highlighted prior to purchase and clearly stated on your invoice at the point of sale.
