Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Majestic Tiles. An order is not accepted until payment has been received and we have confirmed acceptance.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude delivery charges unless stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

All deliveries are kerbside deliveries unless otherwise agreed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe access and to move goods from the delivery point.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions or events beyond our control.
Risk and responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery in accordance with our Damages & Returns Policy [LINK].
